Order Processing
- All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks (14 business days) for order processing before your item ships.
- Orders are processed in the order they are received. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping, but we hope to expand in the future. Stay tuned!
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Carrier delays (e.g., USPS, UPS)
- Weather-related issues or other events beyond our control
- Customs delays for international orders (when available)
